Primary Responsibilities

• Ability to take direction and assist the Project Team
• Responsible for assisting Project Estimators with receiving subcontractor bids and maintaining an accurate subcontractor bid list.
• Ability to coordinate remodel and new construction projects including submittals, RFI’s, Change Orders, and Closeout Documents.
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to maintain required permits for construction projects

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction coordination
• Successful candidates will have some college experience
• Organization skills that prove your ability to meet deadlines in a timely fashion
• Collaborative approach in delivering results

Software Experience:

• Viewpoint Spectrum
• Viewpoint One (construction software)
• Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Etc.)

• Experience with Job Order Contracting Methods of Approach.
