CAVIT Classroom Addition

The CAVIT Phase 7 Project, being built for Central Arizona Valley Institute of Technology, includes the new construction of a 4,736- square foot multi-purpose classroom building located in Coolidge, AZ. The facility will house three large nursing labs with state-of-the-art medical equipment. The construction of the building addition to the multi-purpose use space of Building 100 with all finishes and MPE systems, slab on grade and associated roof structure. CAVIT Phase 7 soon to be Building 600 was completed September of 2018.
