Pendergast Elementary School District hired Sun Valley Builders as the Construction Manager at Risk for the campus-wide building renovations at Garden Lakes Elementary School. This project consisted of demoing all interior classrooms, offices, and learning spaces, and build back with new. Our team installed all new finishes, MPE, and is the first contractor in the Pendergast District to help construct all new E-Sports Makerspace for upcoming students. This 55,000 square-foot campus-wide renovation was completed while occupied. Sun Valley Builders’ team assisted with all relocation of teacher material and transition planning.
