Roadrunner School Rebuild

The Details

Paradise Valley Unified School District hired Sun Valley Builders as the Construction Manager at Risk for the demolition and re-build of Cholla Elementary School. The existing 65,000 square-foot main building was demolished to build back SEVEN new buildings, including the Library, Media Center, and Administration Building. The new Roadrunner School is a K-12 alternative learning campus with each building requiring their own specific classroom function. The existing Gymnasium and 2-story classroom building were also renovated to match the new design finishes and new building code requirements
